HEWLO subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No future charges will be made unless you renew your subscription.
  • Access to premium features may be restricted after your subscription expires.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges or accidental multiple payments.
  • Billing errors caused by HEWLO.
  • Technical issues that prevent the use of paid features and cannot be reasonably resolved by our support team.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original payment date.

 

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are generally non-refundable:

  • Monthly subscription fees after service access has been provided.
  • Annual subscription fees after significant platform usage.
  • AI credits, usage-based credits, or consumed resources.
  • Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers.
  • Third-party service fees.
  • Custom development, consulting, or professional services.
  • Promotional, discounted, or special offer plans.
  • Fees already incurred for payment processing or third-party services.

 

4. Free Trials and Free Plans

If a free trial or free plan is available, we encourage users to evaluate HEWLO before purchasing a paid subscription.

Once a paid plan is activated and platform access is granted, refunds may be limited as described in this policy.

 

5. AI Credits and Usage-Based Services

AI-generated content, image generation, content creation, and other usage-based features consume computing resources when used.

As a result:

  • Used AI credits are non-refundable.
  • Partially used credit packages are non-refundable.
  • Unused credit purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. Domain Purchases

Domains purchased through HEWLO or connected third-party providers are generally non-refundable once registration has been completed.

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the applicable domain registrar.

 

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Restriction of future purchases.

 

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
